Restaurant Paramaribo

Our restaurant “Paramaribo” is unique in its kind with its Surinamese cuisine. The chef, Roué, who is also the owner of the hotel, is Surinamese in heart and soul and can create mouth-watering (fresh) dishes in a short period of time.

Because there are so many different inhabitants living in Surinam, its cuisine is also very diverse. Indian, African, Indonesian, Dutch, indigenous and Chinese influences have come together in the Surinamese cuisine. And here in Braunlage this delicious mix of cuisines are mixed again withe the German cuisine and then....
